How can we help?

Plans, restore & cancellation
Can I try PupDuty for free?
You can log ten entries locally on your iPhone without an account or a purchase. Continuing to log as an Owner and sharing the journal require an Annual or Lifetime plan. Each plan covers unlimited puppies and up to four active invited Members. The offer and price appear before purchase; invited Members do not buy a separate plan.
When do I sign in?
New Owners purchase a plan first, then sign in with Apple or Google to link access and bring their local entries into their care team. Existing customers sign in from the welcome screen. Invited Members open the invitation link, sign in and accept it without purchasing. Local entries are not added to a team joined by invitation.
My purchase is missing on this phone.
Sign in to the same PupDuty account. Tap Restore purchases on the purchase screen or in Settings, using the Apple Account used for the purchase. Restore works for Annual and Lifetime. Restoring a purchase does not recover a deleted journal.
How do I cancel Annual?
As a signed-in Owner, open subscription management in PupDuty Settings to use Customer Center. You can also open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period. Your journal remains readable after paid access ends. Lifetime has no renewal to cancel.
Inviting your care team
How do I invite a partner or sitter?
Open Care team and use the invitation action to share a link through your chosen app. The other person opens the link, signs in with Apple or Google and accepts the invitation. Up to four active Members can join; the Owner pays.
Who can see the journal?
Everyone in a care team can see its journals, puppy profiles and display names. Invite people you trust with that information. The Owner can remove Members. Uploaded puppy photos use public file URLs: anyone with a photo URL can view the image. See the privacy policy for the photo-sharing details.
My invitation still will not open.
Contact support using the instructions below. Describe what happens when you open the invitation and which screen you reach. This website cannot create or accept care-team invitations.
Journal, estimates & sync
How do shared updates and reminders work?
Reminders are scheduled locally on your iPhone. Open PupDuty with a network connection to refresh shared activity. Entries recorded offline are saved for later synchronization.
Why is there no next-break range?
The app needs enough recent pee or poop intervals before it shows an approximate range. Keep recording what happens; the app shows its current progress. The estimate comes from your journal and does not guarantee when your puppy needs to go.
Can I fix an app entry?
Tap the entry on Home or in History to change its time or delete it. An entry that is still being shared can be deleted, but its time cannot be changed until it has synced.
Does the website log sync with my iPhone?
No. The website log saves entries in this browser profile when storage is available. It does not import into or sync with the PupDuty app. Use Edit, Delete and Undo in the browser log to correct its own entries. You can print a filled or blank copy.
Data & account deletion
How do I clear the browser log?
Open Potty log, choose Clear log and confirm. Undo can restore that change until the next change or page reload. Clearing browser site data also removes locally saved entries. Neither action deletes an app account or app journal.
Why did my browser entries or schedule disappear?
The schedule is kept only while its page remains open. Log entries depend on storage in the same browser profile. Clearing site data can remove them; if storage is unavailable, unsaved changes disappear on reload or close. The notice above your log tells you when it is using this temporary mode.
How do I delete my app account?
In PupDuty, open Settings → Delete account. If you are the Owner, this also removes your care team from the active service. A Member deleting their account does not delete the team’s shared journal. Account deletion does not cancel Annual or reset trial eligibility. Restoring a purchase does not recover deleted journal data. Read the privacy policy for retention and photo-deletion details.
